Addendum - Smart Video and Outreach



    1. Introduction

    These additional terms and conditions are an addendum (an “Addendum”) to the Vanco Software Terms of Service (the “Terms”), and apply to the use of certain add-on features ("Add-Ons") described herein. Your use of the Add-Ons constitutes your agreement to the Terms, including this Addendum.


    2. Add-Ons. The Add-Ons consist of:

    1. Smart Video Solution, including:
      • Streaming Manager with Giving
      • Video Library with Deep Video Search
      • Video Clipping and Clipping Storage for Social Media
    2. Outreach Module, including:
      • Send Email
        • Giving Messages
        • Community Connection Emails
      • Community Connection SMS
      • Create and Manage Templates
      • Provided Template Library
      • Auto-Drafting Tool

    3. Pricing. The Add-Ons are subject to the following monthly pricing (the “Monthly Fees”):

    • Smart Video Solution:
      • Video Library with Deep Search: $29.95 per month
      • Video Library with Deep Search and clipping: $49.95 per month
    • Outreach Module:
      • Community Connection Emails: $19.95 per month
      • Community Connection Emails and SMS: $39.95 per month

    4. Usage Caps and Overage Fees. Your usage of the Add-Ons is subject to the following limitations (the “Caps”):

    • Video Library: Up to 100 total videos indexed
    • Video Clipping: Up to 30 clips per month
    • Community Connection Emails: Up to 10,000 emails sent monthly

    If you exceed the Caps, the following additional fees apply (the “Overage Fees”):

    • Video Library: $1.00 per additional video in excess of the Cap
    • Video Clipping: $1.00 per additional video in excess of the Cap
    • Community Connection Emails: $0.01 per additional email in excess of the Cap

    We will notify you via email when you are approaching the Caps.


    5. Payment and Billing

    Your Monthly Fees shall be billed monthly in arrears. Any Overage Fees will be billed monthly in arrears.


    6. Trial Period

    Signing up for any of the Add-Ons allows you to start a 14-day free trial (the “Trial Period”). During the Trial Period, you can use the Add-Ons without incurring any charges. If you cancel prior to the end of the Trial Period, you will not be charged. After the Trial Period lapses, the Monthly Fees and Overage Fees will apply.


    7. Termination

    You may terminate your subscription to any Add-On at any time by submitting a cancelation form. Terminations shall be effective as of the last day of the month of submission of your cancelation request.


    8. Terms

    All other provisions of the Terms remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
